発表要領 Presentation preparation

近年、海外の研究者も毎年のように参加頂いております。そこで、可能な場合、口頭発表PWPスライド（PDFスライド） は英語で、ポスターの図表は英語で作成いただきますようお願い申し上げます。

In recent years, researchers from abroad have been attending the conference every year. Therefore, if possible, we request that oral PWP slides (PDF slides) are prepared in English and poster figures and tables are prepared in English.

一人2題までの発表が可能です。ただし、2題とも口頭発表か、1題は口頭発表、もう1題はポスター発表とします。

Up to two presentations per person are allowed. However, both presentations must be oral or one oral presentation and one poster presentation. 

口頭発表 

  • 発表時間は 15 分（発表 12 分、質疑応答 3 分）を予定しています。
  • 会場にご用意する発表用PCの OS は Windows です。プレゼンテーションソフトウェアは、Microsoft PowerPoint および Adobe Reader をご用意いたします（それぞれのソフトウェアは最新版をご用意する予定です）。ご希望のソフトウェアに合わせた発表用ファイルをウイルスチェック済みの USB メモリ等でお持ちください。
  • Macintoshを使用される方は各自ご用意ください。
  • アニメーションや動画の使用に制限は設けませんが、動作の保証はいたしません。休憩時間などを利用して各自で動作確認をしてくださいますようお願いいたします。
  • 発表ファイル名は「発表番号_氏名」としてください。例：O1_浜崎活幸

Oral presentation

  • The presentation time will be 15 minutes (12 minutes for presentation, 3 minutes for Q&A).
  • The PCs available at the venue for presentations will be Windows-based. Microsoft PowerPoint and Adobe Reader will be available as presentation software (the latest versions of each software will be provided). Please bring a virus-checked USB memory stick or similar with the presentation files for the software of your choice.
  • Macintosh users must provide their own Macintosh.
  • There are no restrictions on the use of animations and videos, but we cannot guarantee that they will work. Please check the operation of your presentation during breaks.
  • The name of the presentation file should be "presentation number_name". Example: O1_Katsuyuki Hamasaki

ポスター発表 

  • ポスターは、1演題につき横90cm×縦120cm以内の大きさで作成してください。
  • ポスター発表は、1日目午後と2日目午前に実施する予定です。詳細が決まり次第アナウンスいたします。
  • 各自のポスター発表番号（P番号）が付されたボードに掲示してください。掲示用の画鋲・テープなどは実行委員会が用意いたします。
  • 発表終了後は、自分のポスターを剥がしてお持ち帰りください。

Poster presentation

  • Each poster should be no larger than 90 cm (W) x 120 cm (H) per presentation.
  • Poster presentations are scheduled on Day 1 afternoon and/or Day 2 morning. Details will be announced as soon as they are finalized.
  • Please display your poster on the board marked with your poster presentation number (P-number). The organising committee will provide studs, tape, etc. for displaying your poster.
  • After your presentation, please remove your poster and take it home.
